"MYRDØD is back with another truly impressive black metal offering. However, things are different this time around, with the album taking a more dark and atmospheric tone to it. The vocals are distorted and faded and the guitar work while remaining filthy and menacing also features a bit of an atmospheric energy in parts. The inclusion of some dark ambient elements and the shift away from the dirty machine like quality of the debut shifts the project towards a energy reminiscent of Bethlehem."
